FitPlan Pro
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
Local-first by default. FitPlan Pro stores your profile, training plan, workout history, body metrics, recovery check-ins, favorites, and settings in your browser's local storage unless you choose account sync.
Optional backend sync. When you create an account or sign in, the app can upload your FitPlan state to the bundled backend so you can load it in another browser.
Data We Store
The backend stores your email address, password hash, active session records, synced FitPlan state, sync timestamps, and operational audit events such as login, logout, state save, state delete, and account delete.
How Data Is Used
Your data is used to run the app, authenticate your account, save or restore your training state, protect the service from abuse, and help diagnose operational issues.
Your Controls
You can export local backups, refresh the offline cache, delete local workout history, reset local app data, delete synced backend state, delete your backend account, or continue using FitPlan Pro without signing in.
Security Notes
Passwords are stored as PBKDF2 hashes. Session tokens are stored in your browser and represented on the backend as hashes. Keep exported backup files private because they can contain training, profile, and body metric data.
Health Data
FitPlan Pro is a training planner, not a medical record system. Do not enter sensitive medical information, diagnoses, or emergency details into notes or profile fields.
